Order Deadlines: All orders must be placed at least 48 hours before the open house. Late orders require text approval and incur a $25 late fee.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be submitted via text. Emails are not accepted for cancellations, especially on weekends. Late cancellations may result in additional fees.

Sign Size Requirements: Max 36" tall, 30" wide, 2" thick.

Placement Restrictions: No entry into private properties or gated communities; signs will be placed at the nearest accessible location.

Storage: A $20/month for every 12 signs.

Liability: Sunny Sign Placement is not responsible for stolen, damaged, or vandalized signs once placed.

Policy Updates: Sunny Sign Placement reserves the right to modify policies at any time without prior notice.
